The project for GRASIM Industries Limited focuses on the production of lime slurry and the removal of unused grit. Raw materials, sourced from jumbo bags or bulkers, are transferred to storage silos via a pneumatic conveying system. Roots blowers are connected to a diverter valve, allowing seamless switching between the bulker line and the jumbo bag unloading station.

The storage silos are equipped with essential accessories to monitor and manage material flow. At the bottom of the silos, screw conveyors transfer the material to the lime slaker, where lime slurry is created according to the desired recipe. This process also removes unnecessary grit, transferring fine materials to the slurry tank.
