The project delivered to Metito Overseas focuses on the preparation of Lime Slurry. Raw materials are transferred from the shovel to storage silos via a pneumatic conveying system. The Roots Blowers, connected with a diverter valve, allow seamless switching to the standby blower when needed.
Storage silos come equipped with necessary accessories to monitor and manage material flow effectively. Screw conveyors located at the base of the silos transport the material to the weighing hoppers, which feature essential accessories along with maintenance platforms, railings, and ladders.The weighing hoppers are positioned atop the slurry tanks. These tanks create Lime Slurry according to the desired formula and transfer the refined material to the utility.
