The Bag Conveying System consists of a series of belt conveyors equipped with compatible attachments and appropriate spacing. Each conveyor operates with its own motor gearbox drive. Empty bags are placed on the first conveyor, which is mounted on a load cell for accurate weight measurement. A weighing indicator, positioned at eye level, displays the weight of each bag.
Once the filling is complete, the bag is transferred and flipped from a vertical to a horizontal orientation using a specialized mechanism. A bag counting sensor along the conveyor tracks production records. Subsequently, the filled bag is stitched by an Automatic Bag Stitching Machine before being conveyed to its next application. Additionally, bag cleaning rolls with smooth brushes ensure the exterior of the bags is cleaned before further processing.
